I'm a Hillary-hater now
LWC is rightfully outraged about Hillary's dissing us to her moneybags supporters. Pisses me off, too. But here's an outrage that tops all. In the guise of warning Democrats about Obama's vulnaribilities, a Clinton backer distributes a how-to manual for the Republicans to use to attack Obama in the general election.
Dear god, let this thing be over after Tuesday.
A high-ranking labor supporter of Hillary Clinton is distributing to union leaders and to Democratic strategists a document detailing the radical activities of Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, two former members of the '70s group the Weather Underground, who decades later, in Chicago, crossed paths with Barack Obama. The beauty of this is that if Hillary isn't successful in knocking him off in the primary, she can still help knock him off in the general election. Then she might have another chance at the presidency before she's old enough to collect Social Security.
The document - a three-page emailed essay by Rick Sloan, communications director for the International Association of Machinists as Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) -- takes both literary and political license to outline what Sloan believes would be the thrust of a hypothetical Republican campaign against Obama focusing on his tangential connection to Ayers and Dohrn.
The goal of the essay appears to be to discredit Obama as the prospective Democratic presidential nominee.
Dear god, let this thing be over after Tuesday.

Was a time when I was pretty sure I'd vote for and support Hillary if I ever had the chance (back when she was running for Senator from New York).
Now, though, I think she's gone back to her roots as a Republican.
I will NEVER vote for Hillary Clinton; or, for that matter, Chelsea either. I'm rather tired of dynasties (American monarchs).
The more I see of Obama, the more I like him. I am still a bit skeptical of his non-partisan talk, for I believe the Republicans will always be obstructionist rather than put the interest of America first.
However, I eagerly look forward to Obama having his chance to do his thing. He's the best shot we have at healing the many problems now plaguing our country and earth.
Hear, hear. My sentiments, too.
